Christmas in the Country - Brilliant!

If you book a Christmas break at Aberhyddnant you are sure of a warm welcome.  We have roaring fires, Christmas trees, traditional holly, ivy and mistletoe decorations, crackers and more.  Here are three seasonal suggestions:-

  • The True meaning of Christmas - You are welcome to join in the village Christmas festivities.  The Sunday prior to Christmas we have a proper carol service with real animals in the stable scene - loved by all the children.  On Christmas Eve the Chapel holds a beautiful bi-lingual service with a mix of traditional carols and special children's items.  Of course there is also the Christmas Day service either in Crai and 9.30 or a little later in Llewyl at 11.00. Later in the week the village holds a Christmas party in the hall for all the community.
  • A real family get-together - Book both cottages and Y Beudy giving plenty of room for everyone to enjoy party games or a snooze by the fire.
  • A peaceful break away from the commercialized world - come and stay away from it all, taking long country walks and reveling in the fresh clean air.
  •
  • Whatever you choose, we will be happy to order your free range turkey with all the trimmings and have our own bacon, sausages, eggs, ham joints and other meats on offer.

Cottages may be booked individually or together sleeping up-to 10 plus four infants.
