Christmas in the Country - Brilliant!
If you book a Christmas break at Aberhyddnant you are sure of a warm welcome. We have roaring fires, Christmas trees, traditional holly, ivy and mistletoe decorations, crackers and more. Here are three seasonal suggestions:-
- The True meaning of Christmas - You are welcome to join in the village Christmas festivities. The Sunday prior to Christmas we have a proper carol service with real baby, lambs, calf, pony and more in the stable scene - loved by all the children. On Christmas Eve the Chapel holds a beautiful bi-lingual service with a mix of traditional carols and special children's items. Then of course there is also the Christmas Day service in Crai followed by hot drinks and mince pies. Boxing Day sees the traditional Boxing Day meet of Sennybridge Farmers Hounds in a nearby village.
- A peaceful break away from the commercialized world - come and stay away from it all, taking long country walks and revel in the fresh clean air. You could even book a family Sheep Trek
Whatever you choose, we will supply your free range turkey with all the trimmings and have our own sausages,
